Try daily to do something you enjoy. A good book, good food, an expertly brewed cup of world class chai, a healthy dose of laughter, a heart to heart with a dear one – or even a stranger, a walk about a trail that calls to mind happy memories, a good jog or an intense work out, whatever makes your heart glow!

In short, make a happy life. Now, starting with the daily stuff. The grand schemes will fall into place. Until they come along, make making yourself a daily dose of happy a habit.
